Tips:
The Heart Dragon is an… object that is basically a Ring of the Pyramid that's fully defense-based, replacing the +4 ATT with +5 VIT. As a result, this ring is a solid defensive ring. However, there are other accessories in Nilly's Realm that are defense-based that could out-shine the bonuses the Heart Dragon provides, such as the Gauntlet of Mayhem.
This ring is still a good choice, though it doesn't drop very often due to it being from an Adult White Dragon (Which spawn from broken white eggs in the highlands).
